An accelerated 'place and train’ programme, supported by Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) initiative.

Trainees consisting of fresh graduates and mid-career professionals learn interdisciplinary approaches for roles requiring a comprehensive understanding of technology products and services over four months.

I facilitated the educational framework in Design Thinking, User-Experience Design and Service Design. All trainees successfully fulfilled the requirements of the training program and have gone on to their respective placements in various government agencies.
